All book and eBook sales and returns are handled through our distribution partner, IPG.
The online shopping cart estimates shipping costs based on zip code and method of shipping. Orders will be sent via UPS and should arrive within 7-10 days. Pleasecall (800) 888-4741 or email email@example.com to track your order.
IPG will charge a 3% fee for credit card payments of $1000 or more. This fee will be added to the payment amount, which will be reflected as once consolidated charge to the card account.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return a product, please contact IPG’s customer service department at (800) 888-4741 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have contacted IPG customer service and confirmed your intent to return,

Eligible returns will be credited to the purchasing credit card account upon receipt of the item(s) at IPG. IPG cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged books.
